Rules for the Ride
1. Ride to the state highway sign you are traveling to- the sign has to be
listed in the above website-
IN THE BAREBONES VERSION. Take a picture of
your bike by the sign.
You will be
awarded the # of points that the sign has listed (Hwy 141= 141 points)
2. Ride to the 4 corners of the state- take a picture of your bike by the
state highway sign at the corner you are in. Highways 41, 318, 23 and 116
are the highways we have
chosen to
represent the 4 corners.
You will
receive points for the sign as listed if you do not travel to all 4 of the
corners.
If you do
travel to all 4 corners you will get the points for the sign as well as a
4000 point bonus.
3. The person with the most points wins
4. Start date: now End date: date of November business meeting
5. Prizes: will be in the form of BMW shop gift certificates
1st: $100
2nd: $75
3rd: $50

Final Rally decisions will be discussed and decided.• September 24-26, 2010 8th Annual Thunder Mountain Rendezvous • This is OUR Rally! Fantastic venue, good food, good friends and motorcycling, don’t miss it! Come join us along the North Fork of the Gunnison River in downtown Hotchkiss Colorado at the Delta County Fairgrounds on color weekend on the Western Slope of Colorado. Experience the spectacular fall colors of Colorado! Ride through the world’s largest Aspen stands as they turn golden along Kebler pass, the Grand Mesa, the North Rim of the Black Canyon, Owl Creek Pass, and the Million Dollar highway across Red Mountain, Molas and Coal Bank passes. Our low elevation venue includes a large meeting hall and plenty of grassy camping as well as the convenience of walking to downtown restaurants, stores and motels. Your rally fee of $35 before (September 10) $45 at the gate, gets you dinner Friday and Saturday nights, continental breakfast Sunday morning, camping, rally pin, free coffee and tea, door prizes, a movie Friday night inside Heritage Hall and music on Saturday night. GS rides, (all abilities), color rides and mileage rides will be mapped out and waiting for your enjoyment. No camping on the grass before Thursday evening September 23 after 5 p.m. We must limit registration to the first 200 guests to maintain quality.
